+ What is furniture subscription?

Furniture subscription is a short-term solution for your essential furniture and interior decor needs. It's ideal for individuals relocating, moving to a new home, or those who simply want a fresh face on their space. Furniture subscription allows you to rent furniture on a month-to-month basis for ultimate flexibility.

+ What is the quality of your furniture?

Switch offers high quality designer furnishings for temporary use. Furnishings are both new and lightly used. Our quality control process helps ensure that every piece of furniture we deliver to you is cleaned, inspected, and meets the Switch standard prior to delivery.

+ How long are your rental periods?

We offer short- and long-term rentals to allow you to customize your Switch experience to be exactly what you need. Our rental terms range from 1 month to 24 months, and we always offer month-to-month extensions for ultimate flexibility. The longer you rent, the lower your rate.

+ How does your pricing work?

To keep the process simple and straightforward, we price based on square footage with a minimum monthly rental fee of $1,000.

+ I don't know the square footage of my space. What can I do?

Not a problem! A Switch Associate can come measure your space, allowing us to build out a proposal and pick items that are perfectly suited for your home. Get started to learn more.

+ What if I want to keep my furniture?

Our subscription is a great opportunity to try furniture out and make sure you love it before investing fully. All items you rent are available for purchase. No risk, all reward.

+ What is the price to buy an item?

Contact our design team about the pieces you want, and we'll provide you with a purchase price.

 

Delivery & Pickup


+ What locations do you serve?

Currently, we serve both the greater Nashville and Atlanta areas. Interested in having Switch in your hometown? Let us know.

+ How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat fee of $95.00.

+ What can I expect on delivery day?

Delivery day is all about making your space beautiful. Our professional logistics team will assemble and install your selected pieces, placing all items in just the right spot. You will need to be onsite to review pieces, confirm placement, and sign for the delivery.

+ When will I receive my furniture?

Typically we are able to deliver items in 8-10 business days. Once you submit your inquiry, you will be assigned an associate who will help you book your pieces, schedule your delivery date, as well as any answer any questions you might have.

+ What if something doesn’t fit in my space?

Part of the Switch experience is getting the finer details right. In addition to personalizing your furniture selections, your Switch Associate will provide a layout of your space ensuring all items will fit just right.

+ Are you able to move my existing furniture?

Unfortunately our team is not authorized to remove non-Switch items from your property. Your home should be ready to receive furniture on delivery day.

 

Billing & Subscription Plans


+ Will I sign a contract?

Yes! Prior to delivery, your Switch Associate will be in touch with a contract. This contract will verify your rental length and other key terms.

+ Do you offer any damage protection?

Yes, there is a Damage Waiver fee of 10% applied to each monthly invoice that covers any damage to or loss of furnishings arising from normal wear and tear, or from damage or loss caused by natural disasters. You will remain responsible for damage or loss caused by anything outside this scope.

+ When will I be charged?

Your first and last month's rent are due at contract. Your plan starts on the day of delivery, and you'll be charged monthly thereafter.

+ Where can I update my billing information?

Feel free to contact our team at any time to update your billing information.

+ I’d like to cancel my subscription. What can I do?

Not a problem; we know plans change. If you’d like to cancel, contact your Switch Associate to schedule load-out. Please note: you are fully responsible for your full contract length regardless of when you decide to load out.
